1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 7–15 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing tracking details.

2. Shipping Timeline
We deliver across India through reliable courier and logistics partners. The estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 7–10 business days

  • Other Regions: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. If applicable, shipping charges will be clearly mentioned during the checkout process before you confirm the order.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your product is dispatched, a tracking number and courier details will be shared with you via email/SMS. You can use this information to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Undelivered Packages
In cases where a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping will incur additional delivery charges payable by the customer.

7. International Shipping
At present, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it. Inform us immediately by contacting our support team with your order number and photo evidence so we can resolve the issue with the delivery partner.
